Mastery is led by Adi (former Global Head of Product for Uber Maps & Autonomous Vehicles), alongside a founding team with DNA from Coinbase and Samsung. Mastery’s advisor is the former CEO of Borders Book Store & a best selling author.

    The Opportunity: We are looking for a hands on engineer & talented growth hacker to help us launch and own user acquisition. You will own end to end: strategy, planning, execution & automation. If you deliver results, Co-Founder promotion is on the table! Location is flexible (Adi is in Austin).

    Note that there are generic book summary apps with 50M+ users, so product-market fit isn’t a question - the opportunity for something better is BIG. 

    You are:

    • Technical & AI Savvy: Setup systems, build landing pages, onboarding funnels, product features, Open Claw or equivalent system automation

    • Efficient: Unblock yourself, be scrappy and get things done fast 

    • Entrepreneurial: Not looking for a job, but a risk taker who has the risk appetite to join as a partner. We are a bootstrapped company and will compensate primarily with generous revenue share and equity. 

    • Creative: Have taste & judgement to create compelling growth marketing & hacking initiatives

Launching soon - The product is in beta now and we are gearing up for launch! That's where you come in. We are looking for entrepreneurial founding team members who are excited about unlocking human potential.
